Dr Graham du Plessis

I have a background in psychology and finance and was a founding director of Stratfield Performance Consulting, a consultancy specialising in Organisational Design solutions, leadership and performance based strategies.  My clients have ranged from private individuals to large companies.  In addition, I have experience in various institutional settings including the military, prison services, police, tertiary education, and the public heath care sector.

Over the past ten years, and concurrently with consulting, I have worked as an academic, where I lectured courses in psychology, statistics and finance, and supervised various post-graduate degrees.  I have worked as a Senior Lecturer and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa, and, more recently as a Lecturer of Finance at the University of Queensland and a Lecturer of Psychology and Counselling at the University of Southern Queensland.

At Fortis Psychology, I practice in Kenmore, Brisbane, and supervise provisional and transitional psychologists, and clinical registrars in Chapel Hill, Brisbane.
